Shipping policy

Physical products: We will always try to use the preferred customers shipping method when available but reserve the right to ship with the carrier that is most convenient for our business and the time the order is placed.  Most orders will ship within 24/48 hours from closest future business date that the order was placed. We are not responsible for the items once carrier has collected. We are not responsible for any carrier delays or lost items do to any circumstances out of our control or natural disasters. 

Digital Products: We will deliver to the email address provided. Not responsible for deliveries to incorrect email address collected or input at time of purchase without property verification of billing information. 

Returns are covered by the purchaser unless otherwise cleared by JARED FREDRICKSON and Company.
